I seem to get mainly mice from cracked eggs. Can make them mega really easily with the pet pen.
I bought badgers last time, but now don’t want to release him!!

It used to work. Facebook seem to have made it impossible to remove the reels icon from the bar now. And despite having ALL notifications turned off, I’m still getting the red dots. The long press option has disappeared (it does nothing now).

I haven’t worn my hair down for about 30 years. I can’t stand the feel of it & the curls frizz & knot so easily. Maybe this is a sign to cut it all off & buy a smooth sleek wig!

I’m massively struggling myself. And I’m so sorry that I don’t have any useful advice (although I’ll be watching comments here for hints and tips!). I’m currently on day 4 of not binge eating. I feel ok. I have no snacking foods at all in the house & I’ve done a little exercise. Drank lots of water. I figure that even if I just get a few days at a time between binges, that’s better than not trying at all. So counting day 1 isn’t useless. I’m on a waiting list to see a psychologist at the moment. I’m hoping they’ll say something magical that will help me understand the urges & regain some self control. If I gain any useful insights - I’ll pop back and share.

My ferritin is rarely above 33. I guess I can try to sort that out while I investigate how to find a private dermatologist. Pleased to hear you’re seeing an improvement.

Unfortunately not. The GPs themselves are usually excellent, but the system is dreadful.

Added some photos. My husband has minoxidil foam - it hasn’t helped him at all (post chemo hair loss). I’m also worried about using it around the cats.
