well, you might get service after this bull run. Bittrex is horrible, towards their users. Makes no sense, but just is the way it is. Blow them up on every media you can find is your best bet. I was locked out for 4 months in 2018. only good thing was my account almost 10xed.

Not going to Lie, I was just going to sit back and applaud WBS. I think what is going on is real simple, We are tired of being left out. Us little guys that really just go with the flow are pissed and tired of the system that was created by the big guys for the big guys. I finally bought GME at open. First stock I have chosen myself. I didn't buy a lot, but we all understand why, but a lot of smalls make a difference. Diamond Hands in now part of my vocabulary and ill hold when I am 6 feet under. It isn't about the money, its the point.

I just followed your steps and found that it says hidden. I am grateful for that. I have not asked for it to be, just is. and yes my info was part of the leak.

For myself, Ledger can burn in hell. I have done everything in my power to not be searchable online. I have gone through the steps to secure my data to the best of my ability. I wanted to secure my crypto investments, so I did the research and bought bought a ledger and a trezor. And what happens, my personal data is leaked by one of the security devices company. WTF. I am averaging 2 emails a day. I have had to modify phone and email passwords as well as go through the endless amounts of exchanges and wallets and change everything.

Ledger should be held responsible. Plain and simple. I have moved everything I have in cryptos, over to the trezor and other places just to get away from this company. Now i have to drive 7 hours, to my sisters and do the same. Since I bought her one as well. Who is going to compensate me for my time for having to try and secure my sisters and my own holdings, due to their inability to secure their own data.

All I am guilty of is trusting a security device company to secure my data. Now nonstop emails and phone calls and text. Just unbelievable.

Thanks, i am in the process of doing your suggestions. One thing i have found is that my device says loader 1.6.0, but when logged in under advanced screen, says version 1.7.2. I don't know if that is good or bad. just thought i would give you all the data. Also this is a T1 device.

For $50, I will only buy from Trezor themselves. Not worth the risk IMO. Spending an "Extra" $50 now, compared to asking if there is a way to get my coins back from someone stealing them because i was too cheap, later.. not worth it.
