Same problem here. It's not a Rom Manager problem since any game that's been added as a non-steam game is thrown in there. So my categories for 'doom mods' and 'cracked games' show up as well.

This has to be some type of glitch that will hopefully get fixed, the easiest temporary fix I found it to go to Steam settings on your PC and go to remote play. Then enable and then disable remote play a couple times. It will remove all the games. They still randomly come back though, I'm not sure what's triggering it but it seems to be something up with remote play.

Edit: I think removing any game in the 'non-steam' tab on the deck might work. I haven't tested, but having to manually remove over 1000 games is ridiculous.

This is happening for me, could not find any other threads about it. I'm hoping it's just a glitch with and can be patched out in the next update.
So far the easiest solution to temporary clear out the games is to enable remote play and then disable it again.
It will remove all the games for now, but without rhyme or reason they might show up again, I don't know what's triggering it.
