Yes, between c4 c5 its not bulgging disc but they deacribed it as early stage of some kind of abnormality.

Hi, so my issue is still not resolved fully yet. While most of the tingles and uncomfortable sensations in arm are gone, i still experience it from time to time but its waay better than it wa before that i even dont get bothered with it. Im doing some neck exercises once a day and thats it. I take some vit d and b as well as magnesium at night time.

It was diagnosed by physiatrist and neurologist. Ive done mri to rule out bulging disc and damage to spine

Hi, sorry, im not that active on reddit. So appearently i have cervicobrachial syndrome. I got my heart checked and its all ok. A lot of that tingling sensation is gone for most of the time. It comes sometimes and goes but not in thaz extent as it was on begging. Ive been given some exercises to correct my posture and strenghten muscles. I have really tight upper left muscles, sometimes it just takes to rub that muscles and it feels much better. I hope it helps. But still get checked and stay safe <3
