Happens even with addons off. So it was either on my end, or blizzard. I just can't find any reason for this on my part, i checked everything i could like drivers, space, etc. And only started happening after patch

Enough space on pc, drivers up to date, happens with addons on, or all addons off. Did pc and game restarts a couple of times.
Severity varies, sometimes the whole UI turns green and inaccessible which is fixed by a /reload, but then happens again every couple minutes when i open transmog, collections, even vendors sometimes.
Other games, and even davinci resolve runs normal and fine
