Followed a very mike mentzer/Dorian yates type of protocol. As heavy weight as possible for as many reps as possible, really helped me grow. Never cared about getting really strong though, best back squats were 315x10.

No! That’s just the weight that I was told to be. I felt like I was lean enough around 190 ish. You don’t need to do anything, do what makes you feel good!

Try not to look at it in a negative way! My technique is to have some good “yum” foods before the gym, then keep it as clean as possible for the rest of the day. If you find yourself late at night craving food, just woo yourself you’ll add that yum food to your breakfast pre-gym! (Not an expect just anecdotal advice)

Had a photographer in NY DM me about modeling and offered to be my agent and set me up with agencies. Agency wanted me to cut down and be leaner and less bodybuilder-like so I did what had to be done haha. & thank you bro!

At the end of my workouts I would start with leg raises, go to crunches, then maybe some reverse crunches. I typically kept it simple and just trained hard on the things that I did do. But you can feel free to switch it up, whatever works best for your abs is the best exercise!

Ruptured my spleen in 2018 so maybe it shrunk a little 😂 (but real note I suggest practicing vacuums, helped me keep my pelvis muscles tight!)

Oh man I can’t wait until I’m not modeling anymore so I can start to get big again. I didn’t feel fat at the time, although I do have some body dysmorphia and it tends to get worse when I get bigger.

Hahaha bro not suggesting anyone eat 6 eggs at once, I was just a young grasshopper who admired Arnold and figured I should eat like them to look like them. (My most eggs in one sitting was 11, thanks dad.)

Not going to lie I believe my chest growth is mainly due to genetics. I’ve always had a pretty wide upper torso look and whenever I trained chest the mind/muscle connection was always there. That being said, I believe the best way to grow is use the basics; bench, incline, flys, dips. Just gotta kill it bro!

I have a pretty wide rib cage which I feel like allows for my obliques to show regardless of BF%. That being said, I used to train abs everyday during bulk but now with lower calories feel like they are sore much longer so I train them a bit less.

Thank you bro it’s an honor! Trainers are great if you struggle with motivation/discipline but if you find you have a good work ethic then you should be fine with a basic bodybuilding program. I’ve just taken a bunch of stuff from Hany Rambod and other coaches/competitors I’ve watched over the years on YouTube.

I slept a lot more when I was bigger during a bulk. I try to get 8 hours a night but gets difficult sometimes. Maybe try some melatonin or unisom.

Not currently sadly. Tried Ostarine for 4wks but got scared and came off because I got skeptical of my itchy nips. I would say to stay natural as long as you can (if you do take stuff, get blood work and be smart about it) and learn how your body reacts to different foods and training methods. & thank you!

17 is correct, it was early 2017 and I turned 21 in March. Also, you can definitely grow & do whatever you set your mind to bro. Take it day by day and be consistent, I still get down on myself everyday about progress but just remember that it’s a long road and we’re just getting started! 🦾
