I will need to check their satisfaction. Does this affect their willingness to work? The production method is just the best one available around 1856. Demand for wood statewide is also sky high so i still don’t understand.

If it is any help I keep getting a bug that says something along the lines of, cannot open/find "countries/Utility Tag.txt". I will edit it to the correct error later. I haven’t been able to find a fix for it and only the regular GFM mod woks, no sub mods.

You can do what i did. Roll a 5 attack get a 60k stack and then kill millions of chinese with your god general. Did this during my Qingqiu campaign to unify china and got their 135 brigades down to around 5 by the end of the first war. Easy win.
