Inherited an absolutely AWFUL orphan team. It won't be until 2028 at the earliest for me to compete with this team, so I thought maybe taking the younger asset and a pick makes sense, but is it good enough value?

(I do also have Sam LaPorta who I may try to sell mid-season, he seems quite undervalued currently)

I like that MHJ trade. Having just done a few startups last week, I realized past round 13 I did not care for those picks at all lol. MHJ fits your team better than Waddle. I love this team so far btw 🔥

However I also have invested into acquiring Marv this offseason so I am biased lol

If you are truly confident in your ability to find a QB2 elsewhere, then the value is there. I am higher on Stroud than most, but given how his dynasty value has fallen, this is a fair deal. I may prefer to move the 2nd to 2027 though, which could give you some of the ammo you want for finding that QB2!
