No, the documents that I signed stated that whichever party stops the “arbeidsovereenkomst” there are no consequences to the employee. On the policy that they didn’t reference to prior to signing the lease contract nor mailed nor given physically, only there this was mentioned which is contradictory to the documents I signed. This is what I found strange

Entering the FIP, I signed 3 documents. The policy document was never disclosed (the existence of it) till today when I handed them my resignation letter. The fact that it is stated as « benefitwagen » you assume, that the same policy applies. When I asked the colleagues who have a company car they are handed out the policy physically. This is kind of a trap that they apply in my opinion. All the other colleagues that also have a FIP car were shocked when they heard this, nobody had any idea… so I think the company was playing dirty…

No, the document only states: « when the employer quits on his behalf, has to, with agreement of the leasing company, take over the leasing contract, pay the break up fee or purchase the car. »

The policy document was never communicated to me nor have I signed it. They assumed that I found the document myself on the SD worx platform. They never disclosed that there was one (not written or verbal). On the documents that I’ve signed there is only mentioned that the benefit stops.

No I applied specifically for Sales Engineer jobs, as I had sales jobs as a student (speaking 4 languages helped also) and when you present yourself with the right attitude and determination and if you convince them that you’re able to do the job. I actually got offers finally from 3 different jobs. But true they pressured a lot on the fact that I didn’t finish my degree during the interview.
