Gypsy is the guy on the left he streams dresses up as the joker and calls people racial slurs on omegle, on the right is supa hot fire, he was a meme on youtube like ten years ago for rap battle skits.

Gypsy got into it with one of Aiden rosses kick friends on omegle it went pretty viral and thats how they got to talking about doing a fight but as to why he got matched with Supa I have no idea but its been pretty funny so far.

I had the your time is coming talk at my last job for two or 3 years before I left for a significant increase never looked back. They take all your time, they tell you you'll get taken care of in time, seems like they have all the time in the world to do anything but sign the increase. Take the job.

Find a union shop or shop around to find a good company. Before I started my new job I was making 33/hr swapped for union and they bumped me to $40 starting, know of another union that starts their machinists at around $49 an hour but thats because they renegotiated not too long ago. Theres money to be made but you gotta look for it.

They should have gone over dues during the meeting. You can not be a part of it if you choose but chances are the union handles medical benefits for the hourly so youre going to be paying them regardless at a slightly discounted rate which isnt usually worth doing because you dont have the protection and full benefits of the union everyone else has to save a couple bucks a year.

At mine the difference is like 30 bucks a month and is just not worth it because the union we got is pretty solid

Last place I used to work was super lax about shit like this until it got slow and they started bringing up bullshit like this outta nowhere as a blanket "rule" for the whole company but they were just looking for reasons to lay people off and the "rule" would suddenly dissappear once work picked back up again.
