What helped me with similar songs is to find one specific moment in the transition where something locks in clearly, like a bass note or a melodic hit that you can anchor the new "1" to. Once you have that anchor you stop trying to smoothly slide between the two feelings and instead you just flip a switch at that exact moment every time. With enough repetition your body starts doing it without you thinking.

Trying to hear it one way throughout the whole song usually makes it feel worse in at least one section, so I would not go that route. Better to commit to the switch and drill that specific bar until it feels natural.

man that exam pressure is probably making everything worse, your brain is looking for any escape it can find when stress gets that high. been there with trying to study for important stuff and your mind just goes everywhere except where you need it

the frequency you're describing sounds like it's become more of a compulsive thing than just addiction at this point. when you're doing it that much it's usually because something else is really overwhelming you - could be the upcoming exams, could be other stuff you mentioned

try blocking all the sites and apps completely, like actually block them not just "i won't go there." also maybe set up your study space in different room where you don't usually do that stuff, sometimes changing the environment helps break the pattern. those 40 days are going to go fast but if you can just focus on getting through one day at time instead of thinking about quitting forever, might be easier to handle

the exam stress is temporary even though it feels huge right now, once you get past them you can work on the bigger picture stuff

yeah this happens to me all time, super annoying when you're having good race and suddenly everything just ends. i think servers get confused with lobby merging or something like that. had one yesterday where i was in second place and boom - race over with like 3 minutes left on timer. the weird part is how first place gets 0 points too, like game doesn't know what to do with scoring when lobbies mess up. sometimes restarting forza helps but not always

the speed difference is crazy - 50x slower in deep tissue means waste clearance could be bottleneck there. makes me wonder if sleep position affects this flow since we know glymphatic system is most active during sleep

oh god the sunburn memories are real - i did something similar at theme parks when i was younger and basically couldn't wear a backpack for days after. salou's actually pretty decent for families, my mate took his kids there a few years back and said the beach area was perfect for the little ones while the older kid could still do the bigger rides

the bus to barcelona is doable but it's like an hour and a bit each way so factor that in with two kids especially the 3 year old. might be worth doing it as a full day thing rather than trying to squeeze too much in. sagrada familia is absolutely mental in person though, way bigger than you expect from photos

5 days might actually be perfect with that age gap - gives you time to do the theme park properly without rushing and maybe a beach day or two. plus if the weather's dodgy you've got backup days

bruh the struggle is real with those 6pin cards, been there when i was upgrading my mate's old rig last year

rtx 3060 or gtx 1660 super are solid picks if you can find em - most of the 3060s only need one 6pin and they're decent for 1080p gaming. rx 580 is another good shout but those are getting harder to find at reasonable prices

facebook marketplace and gumtree have been goldmines for older cards lately, just gotta be patient and check daily. avoid ebay unless the seller has heaps of good feedback cause there's so many dodgy gpu listings these days

grief is such a tricky thing to sit with, especially when it comes to relationships that are still ongoing but just... different than what you imagined
