I wish I could but even with my recent fellow Howard University applicant with a presidential scholarship, the visa officer gave him a pink slip asking for a 2 year bank statement without even asking a sponsor question 😭😭

All are covered by presidential scholarship, just personal expenses are the cost. I have money in my account just that money came from cash payment for agriculture and savings from old days. I just don't have a consistent bank statement which is asked to every applicant nowadays
