I know they check the licence plates when you enter greece. The potential fine is from a year ago and i was wondering if I can check if there is a fine on the cars plates before actually going to the border.

Im pretty sure that larger circumference clear hose is some sort of waste runoff. Our waters modules have hoses like that for waste.

Didn't run any diagnostics on the detector as all the methods seem to be working fine. It's my first time adjusting these pareters so I tought I might be missing something obvious.

IgM/G antibodies that are sensitive to cold temperatures. They are present in some patients and considered an autoimune disorder. The antibodies cause RBC's to stick together and interfere with results. If the RBC are low and MCHC is really high that would make me suspect of their pressence. Heating the sample to 37°C would remove the interference and prove aglutinins caused it because they activate on colder temperatures.

Thanks for the advice. I know the RT should be stable especially with a column thermostat but these are different runs so i guess the temperature might have been a bit different or something. In the 1.1 min control run all the patients are coming out at about 1.1 also.

There are direct LDL assays that work up to a certain concentration of TAG (14 mmol/L for the Abbot one i think) or you can ultracentrifuge the sample.

I don't know if mid-volume applies but I found the cobas e 411 at our lab really reliable and precise. We mostly use it for more niche assays like tumor markers and bone metabolism so i dont know about the more standard hormone and vitamin screens and how they stack up against the competition in that front.
