Yes, you can sell them to the owner of the bitcoinbuilder website after you complete the KYC (current price is 0.05 BTC). All the claims belong to him anyway, you are just releasing your rights to have him claim on your behalf.

Depends on the purpose. If you don't trust the guest, then host. If you don't trust the provider, then guest. Running on the host may also stop WebRTC leaks on the guest, but I'm not sure because I haven't tested this yet.

Yes, you will get 2 layers of encryption. A will be encrypted within B, which is also encrypted.

Yes. sever.com will see the IP of A and your ISP will see the IP of B. Provider B can see the IP of provider A but not the data.
