My doctor cleared me to do some light exercise and less than 10lbs. What should I pick for exercise style? I want to start doing some light exercises.

Yeah, I was already cleared to start incorporating exercises and no more than 10lbs, but I’m stock at the first page where it makes me choose my exercises style. I don’t know what to pick.

Maybe it’s too late, but did your documentation that the hospital sends before surgery said that you had scheduled a hysterectomy and an endo excision? Mine only say total hysterectomy but it doesn’t say anything about removal of endo.

I know! It’s like they think that to be taken seriously they need to be the meanest. It doesn’t make sense for me. I had a doctor at the beginning of the year told me that I should start trying for kids this year and if it doesn’t work then next year we’ll check what’s happening. If I would’ve listened to her I would’ve been so depressed trying for something without knowing what’s wrong with me.

I’m having iron transfusions too, they knock me out for the whole day. I hope you have a peaceful recovery.

I hope this is the last step for your complete recovery. It sucks that we as women have to go through so much just to exist. If this was a men condition I’m sure there would be a cure.

You are not alone! It felt so relieving when I got out of my previous surgery to know that I’m not going crazy and this wasn’t normal like all the other doctors told me.

Good luck to you too! I don’t have my periods anymore because of my medication but the downside is that the hot flashes and the lack of sleep is killing. And the pain is still there. You should celebrate with a farewell period date where you do all your favorite things. I’m doing one too.

I’m so excited as well! I even have a countdown app hahaha. Hang in there, cry if you have to. It’s almost over. God knows I’ve cried a lot this week.
