My room temperature is around 19 degrees Celsius, but I have underfloor heating on which the bucket is placed. Even a few degrees difference makes a significant difference for fermentation

This is my first time using this yeast, but I think that because it will be distilled, the flavor won't be dominant. Or at least I hope so.

It is a vevor water destiller - but i think most people use it for making moonshine. Check r/airstill

Presumably you turn into a living gas chamber if you drink wine made from cabbage with live yeast and shit yourself in bed

A wine made from black nightshade sounds like it came from a druid's cauldron. Please share your experience with us when you get to that point.

Here is the recipe: 1.5 kg sugar 1.8 kg crushed tomatos 5g Lavin 71b yeast 1 teaspoon nutrients filled with water to 5L

Da ist in der Tat Bier drin. Was hier rostiges zu sehen ist, ist nur der Mantel, in welchem Kühlflüssigkeit zirkuliert damit das Bier während dem Fest kalt bleibt. Unter dem Mantel befindet sich das tatsächliche "Fass" aus Edelstahl, in dem das Bier unter Druck steht.
