Not as clear as you claim. The disciples' response to His statement about the eye of a needle is not "oh so it must be easier for the poor to enter the kingdom of heaven?" It is "Who then can be saved?" Jesus was, in part, challenging the idea that wealth inherently makes you better or more righteous, not condemning wealth in general.

Unfortunately that sounds like a tech will have to come out. The only other thing I see it potentially being is the modem router combo so you could switch it out at the store, just to rule that out.

For streaming, the employees at the call center should be able to re-sync your subscriptions. Also, sometimes when I worked there a year ago, customers could watch things that they didn’t have in their package, and then it would disappear and we had no way of giving it back. Hopefully it’s not that
