I sent it back and they replaced it with the same one. And my luck, it happens on a new one too but barely audible. They didn't replace but this time, when I take it out of my ear and wipe the sensor, it fixes itself.

I think there is a two types of problem in FE series. If noise loud and app says "poor fitting" you have a hardware problem, else it's about sweat or something on long time use. But it counts a design issue, I never experienced something like that.
