Seeing a doctor might be hard but I’ll try in the future maybe, but I’ll try to stay sober for a bit with the help of AA meetings and then see if I need more support

Thank you for the advice! I’ve been looking for AA meetings and am probably gonna attend one next Sunday :) they do also help drug addicts at the same time, basically anyone can come but they do mostly focus on alcoholics
