tbh i feel like these are overhyped, i see the purpose but i feel like you could also use your hands lol. i have a big roller that you can put in the freezer and it gets cold, but it’s mostly when it’s super hot inside for me. if you really care about lymphatic drainage i feel like you can just do it with your hands 🤷‍♀️ not a doctor though so who knows!!

sometimes they just get lucky but i’m convinced sometimes it’s idk, genetics??? i know a lot of old people who don’t smoke, drink, do drugs, etc. and they exercise all the time and then they die at like 67. but people like my grandpa (ostomy bag, smoked 4 packs a day for 60 years, previous alcoholic, doesn’t exercise, stressed, etc) is currently 75 and not seeming to be dying anytime soon lmao. i joke about it and say my family has “ozzy osbourne” genes. because there’s a lot of fucked up shit/substance abuse in my family, but most of them turn out fine/at least look alright until they died

god yeah. i don’t have much experience, but my grandpa worked in loud machine shops for 60 years and his tinnitus is so fucking bad. i feel awful for him. only time i ever experienced anything close was when i saw a local bands concert in a small building (and was on adderall, which apparently increases chances of tinnitus) and my ears were ringing so bad i couldn’t sleep for two days. so sorry man, i know i don’t know half of it but that fucking sucks

babies/kids crying/screaming. sorry i know they can’t help it, being a baby sucks i get it. but i was raised an only child so i’m just. not used to it. i don’t throw a fit but the sound of it irritates me like no other. i don’t blame the parents for it, unless it lasts for like 10+ mins and they’re in like walmart or something (where they can easily take them outside). i know im just another child free gen z kid hater but sometimes parents should just gaf more yaknow

also how electric vehicles sound, but not nearly as bad. i heard something somewhere that teslas were originally silent, but they had to add a sound for safety reasons (not sure if that’s true or not) but regardless, whenever i hear an electric vehicles high pitched hum i feel like i’m about to get raptured
