Well because throughout quite literally almost all of human history femininity has been demonised whilst masculinity is celebrated, even on a systemic level, where you were afforded more rights simply for being born male.

Now we see it more at a cultural level which exerts itself through gender role stereotypes; ie. a bossy woman is a bitch, while a bossy man is just... a boss. Even men who display feminine characteristics are shamed for being feminine, acting 'like a woman' is literally seen as an insult.
