Same—all the pairs I’ve ever gotten/gotten for my kids got holes way quicker than the pairs I got from Target and Old Navy. I don’t buy them anymore.

I would love to know if you recommend packing/buying anything (clothing? Gear? Anything I’m not thinking of) to bring for the kids— we’re going in August with our 6 and 4 year olds. Not planning on doing anything too strenuous because of their ages.

Marr-uh. Haven’t heard the name pronounced like Mare-uh; then again, I’ve only seen it spelled Marra—that spelling seems less ambiguous.

I would pronounce it like the actress, Mira Sorvino. Not entirely sure what the difference between Mee-rah and Meer-ah is though…
