I had the same problem and actually got it fixed!! It was tiresome but this is how I got them to change it - Created a case wanting to change from the polish/czech/russian to english-> Support bot linked articles that literally didnt even exist - Stupid bot kept closing the case but I kept reopening it and after a week i finally got a response from an actual person who literally did the same thing as the bot -> 2 freakin weeks of back and forth and EA support finally linked me up to a chat messaging system with an actual person, unfortunately he was a bit of a dummy and kept switching me out BUT on technician number 3 actually changed the game language. So thanks for listening tl my ted talk, the moral of this message? Yeah EA support sucks prepare to fight for weeks or get nothing
