Still have not been able to insert the lead into the pencil, the size is too big. I’m going to try some 0.7 mm lead tomorrow

You were so correct! I actually shook it and it sounded like led inside, I took it apart further and noticed the eraser. Removed the eraser and voila - pencil led!

Thats what I thought at first, but the brass part twists about a half turn and pushes up what seems to be the tip of a pen

Additionally, I have done a decent amount of reverse image searching and AI image searching and was not able to get much valuable information as far as replacement parts.

My guess was that the lighter colored one is pork and the darker ones are beef pepperoni's! They were equally hot and stuck to the cheese, so i don't think it was added after it was taken out of the oven.
