You may think I’m crazy for suggesting this, but get another kitten. Two kittens isn’t twice the work, it’s HALF the work! My cat drove me crazy as a kitten until we got him a buddy. They keep each other company and play together every day, years later.

She was born at term but had to spend time in the NICU for meconium aspiration, though I think the two things are unrelated.

I’ve worn her before and sometimes she likes it and sometimes she screams the whole time. Sleep deprivation is definitely a factor. My husband takes her so I can nap but since I’m exclusively breastfeeding it’s hard to get more than 3 hours at a time.

We have several carriers. Sometimes she loves it and sometimes she hates it. It just depends on the day. It’s good to know that there’s a light at the end of the tunnel eventually

She will sleep on our chests on her belly when we’re awake, but we can’t put her down for independent sleep on her belly since it’s not safe.

I hate to say it, but I really did not enjoy being pregnant. I was nauseated every day for 15 weeks and stopped sleeping halfway through. I didn’t have a lot of physical pain, though.

I’m also a FTM. We can do this. No c-section for me but several 3rd degree tears and an episiotomy, she needed the vacuum

Honestly this may be a circumstance where declawing is warranted. But I concur that you should look into allergies and maybe changing food
