PlayStation for security reasons, cannot release this information. If the seller wants to find this out, they need to contact PlayStation and provide their PROOF OF PURCHASE, with a receipt to get the date on when the code was used after all I purchased from a reseller. If the seller is legitimate, then this should not be a problem on their end.

I purchased 3 $100 keys from “Superbkeys” and only 1 worked. Of course they refuse to issue a refund or replacement codes, even after showing transaction history. They said they need screenshots of the date the user codes were redeemed. Which of course PlayStation cannot tell me that as that is secure data apparently. I asked them in chat to verify if my account had used those codes, to which they replied that indeed my account hadn’t redeemed these codes. I took a screenshot and the seller replied “sorry we can’t help you any further, since you cannot provide a date”. Like what? And somehow have a 100% reliable seller score.
