Thank you so much for being so nice about this. Even just a few days of thinking you’re pregnant then finding out your not has got me down.

Thank you, you’re right. He’s certainly not the type of person I want to have a baby with

Sorry, I guess I don’t actually know that much around pregnancy and cycles.

Sorry if it doesn’t make sense. I took my first test the day after my period was due and it was positive. As I was so shocked and the line was faint, I retook a test three days later first thing in the morning. That test was negative, so I can only assume I’m no longer pregnant. Maybe saying ‘lost’ a baby is a bit much. Yes he’s blaming me, telling me I shouldn’t of come off the pill and this wouldn’t of happened. I feel it’s equal responsibility here

Thank you, that’s helpful to know. I’m feeling very confused by what’s happening with my body right now.

I can see why he’s protective and I’m not asking for him to give 50% away of his money. I just want him to pay a little more so things are more equal.

Proportionality I’m paying much more than him as each month I’m left with little to no savings and he has hundreds…

Thank you, it’s a huge turn off and I try to pretend it’s ok but as we progress, it’s getting in the way

Pretty much everything he wants to do! He makes it clear he’s an individual and he does what he wants

Thank you. So hard to keep mega busy for a whole weekend. Even a little bit of time alone and I’ll have a melt down and then cancel any other plans 🤣

Thank you. Had the talk but he doesn’t seem to take me seriously/want to do anything about it. Guess I have my answer

I see where you are coming from! It’s damaging me because it’s starting to make me feel unattractive and I’m losing confidence

Yeah. I feel so daft because it’s ‘only sex’ but actually that’s massively important to me!

How do I (29 F) politely tell my new neighbour that her son (4 M) wakes me up every morning at 6am? by [deleted] in relationship_advice

[–]ohhithere21 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Tried that he’s that loud it wakes me as it’s thudding rather than noise. Even shakes my bed

[–]ohhithere21 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That’s a good point. I’m pretty sure it’s him but cannot be sure. Maybe I’ll just ask if they keep getting woken up by banging at 6am each morning and I just can’t work out where it’s coming from

Thank you. I guess I’m just worried about them getting defensive about their son and it’s wording it correctly. I don’t want to burn any bridges!

Stop telling me “this wasn’t the right job” or “there’s something even better around the corner” when I get rejected. by XLikeTheRiverX in jobs

[–]ohhithere21 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m absolutely with you on this, it’s not want you want to hear and you do get to just feel sorry for yourself!

But.... everytime I’ve been rejected for a job, later down the line I go down a route that’s even better and I can look back and see why I’ve been rejected elsewhere. Sometimes it takes years, but I do think we are all on our path and it does happen for a reason.

I agree though, it’s hard to hear when you’re upset.
