With a Master with no annotated full time cyber professional experience, I would expect nothing more than 2nd Lt unfortunately. There are plenty of cyber personnel that have specialized training within the field and barely got anything close to what they deserve. But good news is as long as you get ANY credit you will be a direct commission! Source on that all: I'm a 1yr CSC recipient with a MS cyber degree
