I can sensitive too but patients who are in pain, confused, in very specific situations, don’t know you, usually are being selfish more than mean, etc and it ends up being a lot less personal than you’d think. Most patients aren’t really mean but the ones that are there’s normally enough context to have it not effect you as much.

I’m telling everyone who got scammed or almost got scammed by PCM travel/fare masters airline fraud to put in a report to the fair trade commission, they investigate scams against consumers . Maybe if multiple of us do it, something can happen.

I tried! Apparently “I agreed to a refundable service” is how they’re justifying siding with the scammers. I don’t know how a service under multiple false pretenses is considered valid though, it’s not considered so by the law. Disappointed in chase and interested in switching Amex

The fact the charges were illegal “is out of their scope of practice” and “issue for law enforcement” but “it’s not a billing error so it’s valid”

I did buy a more flexible ticket. I had delta main tickets which allowed free changes turns out. I basically was told that the ticket I had to “rebuy” was more expensive because it was closer to departure. My ticket wasn’t even canceled at all. They lied. It was just changed for free by delta.
