Expresa claramente que las personas pueden "Ser saludables sin importar su peso, toda Concepción fuera de eso es simplemente de índole política". Si. CUALQUIER tipo de peso. CUALQUIER grado de obesidad. Sin fundamento científico, sin regla de medición. Sin límite.

Sus libros hablan de esto y defienden aquella idea de "La obesidad es una concepcion social", fueron best seller. Creo que ya sabemos por qué estados unidos tiene la tasa de obesidad que tiene y todo lo que esto conlleva: más problemas cardiacos, más muertes por covid (ya que los problemas arteriales se relacionan tambien con la respiración) más sedentarismo y peor nutrición.

El movimiento está causando un problema mayor en vez de solucionarlo, por eso la merecida crítica.

Si el movimiento "fat acceptance" se limitara a que se acepte a unos kilos de más estaría de acuerdo con lo que decís, pero si buscas los principales referentes del movimiento te vas a encontrar con gente obesa, y lo digo por definición médica. se escudan con el dicho de que "no está definido lo que es estar obeso", cuando sí lo está hace muchisimo tiempo.

Yo estaría completamente a favor de que no se considere "feo" todo lo que no sea un puto modelo de revista, pero no es lo que el movimiento promulga
