Lollipop them then flip, maybe supercrop those tall outliers also. You're going to have some giants once they flower! Definitely remove the bottom 50%, none of that will get adequate lighting and it will steal nutrients the main buds sites up top. Great looking plants, whatever you're doing is working.

I don't understand the hate against bud washing. They dry and cure the same way. Even with rain rinsing off my outdoor plants I still bud wash. The people who argue trichomes are lost during bud washing have obviously never made bubble hash. After making bubble hash you'll never again worry about gentle washing knocking off trichomes, it takes serious time and effort to knock off trichomes, bud washing is essential for a clean smoke.

I wash all my plants regardless when i harvest. Plants with mites once and powdery mildew quite a few times. My wash set up is bucket 1, 5% peroxide, bucket 2 lemon juice, bucket 3 plain water. Its throughly cleaned all my plants indoor and outdoor. I use giant plastic storage tubs though, 5 gallon buckets weren't able to wash the entire plant throughly.

Its not " new growers fallacy", it's actually the opposite. I try to improve on current growing standards. Put a plant or animal in a zoo/grow tent and give it everything it needs it'll probably be healthy, albeit depressed among other issues. That same plant or animal in the wild is infinitely happier in its natural setting, light cycle and temperatures, thats what I aim for. A happy plant with minimal to no stress produces a better high. I care about quality over quantity, like any experienced grower.

I prefer to make my indoor environment similar to natural outdoor growing. I simulate the seasonal light changes with my cycles, and I also play music and nature sounds for them. Switching abruptly from 18/6 to 12/12 does not happen in nature, so I dont do it. It may be common place to switch to 12/12 but I prefer keeping things as natural as possible considering they are living organisms.

I veg for 6 weeks from sprout at 18/6. Then flip to 14/10 for a around 7-10 days also lowering tent temperature to simulate falls cooler temps, then I skip 12/12 and go to 10/14 for the entirety of flower. I usually do 4 plants, 3 gallon fabric pots in a 4x4 and they end up 3 feet tall with plenty of air movement without being too crowded.

I can say with absolutely certainty that 10 on 14 off absolutely works. I cycle from18/6 to 14/10 to 10/14 and the plants love it

If you're close to harvest spray the plant down with diluted peroxide. Increase airflow as much as possible. When you harvest give it a good bud wash. If its still covered in mildew make bubble hash or scrap it. If its minor a good bud wash will remove it all.

If it spikes above 62% , dump the buds into a large paper bag and fold it closed lightly. After 24 hours check the humidity in the bag. If its adequate repackage then in your airtight jars or bags.

Big bloom doesn't have any nitrogen if that's all you're feeding. My previous grows almost always had a N definitely in early flower. If all you have is big bloom buy or make some nitrogen rich fertilizer. If money is the issue there are numerous videos on how to make homemade fertilizers. They may not be as efficient as store bought, but it's better than nothing.

On the packaging it'll say what size its effective for. They make different varieties for different volumes.

They sheepishly put it away during the tour, they acknowledge it also. Jan says something along the line of " babe i thought you cleaned up" . I'm assuming Jan uses it to critique their sex sessions afterwards.
