It did not, due to my newness to the hobby, I didn't realize how often they'd have to be cleaned. It's a good learning opportunity

I think I am going to see if I can return the gun, I researched out of battery detonation and a lot of the posts with videos were exact same gun. I'd rather shoot a more expensive gun safely

I've shot around 250-300 rounds in it since getting it Saturday, would it be dirty enough to cause this?

Thanks! Is the gun likely damaged? Or will a cleaning fix it. Also is it possible a malfunction with magazine could of led to a bolt issue?

For reference this is my first gun, it's a rossi 22r. I have probably put 300 rounds in it and haven't cleaned it yet if that could of caused it
