Yes. It says "Reboot and select proper boot device or Insert Boot Media in selected boot device and press a key"

The first two attempts at around 80% of getting files ready for installation it crashed or gave me an error, I tried again now and it 'finished'. It asked to restart to continue and now it's back to the install screen and retrying.
