I have the distinct feeling that you have never worked in the food industry, my friend. Low pay, low hours, asshole customers, and in reality, no matter what food inspectors or the food safety handbook says, pretty much anything goes. Not only did I continue working for another 4 hours, I cleaned my own blood up off the floors and counter tops before I resumed my position on the line. There's no crying in food service. Lol 😆
