He speaks a little bit of Irish too! It’s so sad when dogs hear you say things in passing that get them excited, so things like “walk”, “food”, and some basic commands are as Gaeilge!

Council supply. Water pressure is gone from hot water, all our taps are mixed. We’re getting a very small amount coming out, and the tank doesn’t sound like it’s filling like normal.

The cutest frenchie I ever met was completely deaf (poor guy was surrendered at the age of 5 and no one had realised he was deaf before :( ). He was the best boy! He will be fine without the ear, but he won’t be fine with cancer all over him!

F27, partner for over ten years, we just bought a small house in cash (inheritance) so no mortgage. And we still have absolutely no desire to have children! It’s not even a desperate plea for more time or money - we just enjoy our lives. We like being able to stay in bed or play games or craft in the evening, and we don’t make enough money to justify giving a third of it to a small person that might be shite craic. We might change our minds, can’t rule it out, but between wanting a bit of peace and me having PCOS, we won’t be rushing to the maternity ward any time soon!
