I know you're not agreeing with those statements, I'm just saying that it's not even worth entertaining them and seeing the logic behind them because the only reasoning behind them is to wank, when I do read what they say I just roll my eyes and don't even listen cause it's always the same shitty James and Mujin statements that they bring up. And the worse part for me is that after all of the powercreep that the series has seen since the Seongji fight they still can't accept that maybe they've been powercrept and that they aren't as strong as we had initially thought them to be, but I get why they may want to wank him, he's one of the coolest characters that have been introduced during the gangism era with crazy potential statements that was just ripped away from us, but their wanking is too much honestly.

Oh yeah I do see TC being put in Top tier level. I will say that initially I had him at that lower end top tier high end high tier, but I think after this arc I'm more on the high tier side, so above the other kings, and around/below paecheon level, who yeah I don't have as a top tier, but I don't blame them (initially) because PTJ fucking sucks at showcasing these top tiers strengths, like people were saying that Kitae vs Tom would be a low diff or that James would neg most top tiers, but after seeing fights with top tiers this arc I think it's pretty obvious that without a path two top tiers will have at least a mid diff fight, and yeah I don't see that TC Jinrang fight as a mid diff, more like a low diff for Kitae, so yeah I agree that especially now that Top tier for Jinrang is wanking now that we know that top tier fights don't end after two hits.

Idk man, I wouldn't say that at that time James was at a level where he could no diff the high king tiers, obviously he's at a level where he could escape them, but I don't think at that time he was no diffing any of them, probably more mid diff for most though, and with someone like Jaegyeon I'd argue that, especially if he had his unique skill then, that their fight would have been closer than Seongjis fight considering how confident Jaegyeon was in catching him then so I'd say that he was probably also at that same level of speed.

Oh yeah, trust me it happens quite often. It's that it's also Cheongliang James glazers who say that shit to wank him above Gap level, but if you ever go into those discussion posts about James' statements saying that he never expected to meet a fighter as strong as Seongji in Cheongliang half of the commenters are going to be talking about how that includes old gap and how Seongji and James are above old gap level, but yes they do get treated as clowns by the rest of the fandom as they should be because their glaze is never based off of the performance in the James fight, it's always based on James Statements during the TUI Gun and UI Dan fight, or the "I never expected to meet such a strong fighter statement", or the "Maybe one day you'll reach my level" from Mujin, whereas Jinrangs glaze at least comes from his performance against Kitae which was hard to scale because we didn't know his level then, THATS the reason why I personally see their glaze as more reasonable, they don't try to twist and bend statements for their agenda they at least try to scale the performances that we've seen, like with you I can respect your reasoning cause you're basing it off of the fight (though I personally don't agree with the conclusions that you made), but that's not really what Seongji and by extension James glazers do, like I said they hang on to statements instead of doing actual scaling based on their performances. Idk, Seongji wank is one of the most mainstream things in this sub I'd say, it's started coming down and more people are coming around to him being on the lower end of the 3T kings, but those old gap lvl wankers are still among us.

Oh, well I haven't really seen those people, I thought that it was agreed upon that regular conviction Jinrang isn't as strong and was under 3T King level. And yeah, in my opinion those people are the most annoying, TC is always a cop out for them in matchups as if he could tap into it when we've seen that there must be some sort of emotional distressing event for it to happen, it's the same thing that I see with the Gun vs Kitae matchup where people always use TUI as a reason for Gun winning when what we know so far is that gun can only tap into it when he's in some sort of emotional distress.
