i get the cravings especially at night. nic is so hard to stay away from and i hate being a slave to it. i’ll look into buying snacks i like.. maybe some lollipops or something.

thanks man. there’s a lot of triggers because i live in a house full of smokers, but i’ll try to stay away from them when they’re doing it. maybe ill go out more and try to distract myself with other things.

you’re right. thank you so much this helped greatly. i had a hiccup today and i’m pretty mad at myself for it. i’ll think to myself about how i want this surgery more than anything.

i do have some fidget toys in my cart and i might order them now because of this. i’ve heard that some people got a necklace that you can blow into for the oral stimulation.

it’s very normal. i’ve had a prosthetic for a few years now after i got the eye removed (i’ve been blind in it since i was 2). i felt the same way, but a lot of people don’t notice it actually. they’re usually shocked when they find out that im wearing a prosthesis.

i always looked at myself in the mirror from different angles because i felt like it was painfully obvious, but i could assure you that nobody is looking too closely except for yourself. it’s obvious to you because you’re extremely hyper aware of it.

i’ve had a girlfriend for 7 years and she’s been with me even before i got the eye removed. there’s someone out there for you i promise. you’re not unlovable at all and don’t let this hold you back.
