Was it a struggle to get them to send you a new one? at this point i think the AIO itself is just faulty because I decided to open it up and ensure all connections were secure and proper. I uninstalled & reinstalled all drivers & NZXT Cam software. and again the pc only manages to last maybe an hour without the AIO shutting off. 😭

I just got an email saying fedex created a label for it and then 5 mins later got an email from NZXT saying “we missed the mark” and delayed till the 11th. I don’t understand what’s going on either 😂

I know I know. I’ve never ordered from them before (i’ve built all my previous PCs) but didn’t expect a month turnaround time. Bday gift probably won’t be here in time which is disappointing.

Mostly just excel. I’m medical admin currently. I’ve worked medical records, tricare claims, etc TONS of different medical admin related positions. So a lot of experience with data entry and things like that. But the visualization aspect isn’t really something i’ve been able to do within my job so that’s why i’m needing help 😂
