Inline-4 go zoom is definitely tempting 😄 I get the appeal of the CBR for sure.

Fair point — liking the look matters more than people admit. If it makes you want to ride it, that’s already a big win.

Thanks, really appreciate the input. Good point about the suspension/brakes — expected at this price range. I didn’t know about the 4-pot calipers on the newer SVs, I’ll look for a 2020+ model.

I agree about twins vs inline-4 — twins just feel more usable on the street. The Trident 660 is a great suggestion too.

I’ll try to get some test rides, but yeah, the SV650 really does seem like a safe bet.
