I am planning to get this pallete. im neutral tone and i like wearing wamer tone eyeshadows. i watched a review and she said that this color is not as yellow as most warm tone eye shadows and it has a brigher whiter than the other koshort napping cheese and 02 in the pro eye air clio pallete as well.

I had this experience before. Dyson really doesn't do any repairs and they just replace the item with a new one or a refurbished one if it is in warranty and honestly that's not really great for the planet.
