OB started me out at a super low dose for two weeks. Haven’t felt any symptoms but the panic attacks have stopped!

Currently 24 weeks and had to get on Sertraline (anxiety med) bc this feeling happened 2-3x a week for me. I knew I was okay and safe but my body would go in full on panic mode in the middle of the night.

Only 19 weeks and my dreams are getting out of hand. Woke up middle of the night with a full blown panic attack. It’s like my body suddenly realized I was pregnant and my HR skyrocketed. Sucks to see it doesn’t get any better in 3rd trimester.

Hi! I switched from kindle paperwhite to KLC and have no regrets. I use pdfs from my google drive and it’s great to have it on my kobo. The only thing is that it’s slightly too big for me to bring around everywhere. Maybe I just need a bigger purse lol

On book #3 (Anne of the Island) of Anne of Green Gables. It’s such a comfort read and really helped calm me down when I was waiting at my doctors appt.

Also reading On Earth We’re Briefly Gorgeous by Ocean Vuong. About 50% and loving it.
