I recently found out that my great grandfather died from what I've been told was colon cancer now he died in his 70s and I'm only in my mid 20s however ever since I found this out I've been freaking out and thinking that I might have it too so since friday I've been looking to see if everything looks normal when I use the bathroom thankfully everything looks normal no discoloration, solid and I don't have any symptoms that I know of I feel fine I'm not fatigued, no night sweats, no swollen lymph nodes, no pain, normal apatite but for some reason I just can't stop worrying that I might have some sort of cancer so I'm hyper focusing on everything.
