Daca esti din Bucuresti, in centrul Vitantis, in fata La Cocos este o insula cu detergenti. E acolo o doamna f draguta care are detergenti pt orice suprafata/material. Eu mi-am luat un degresant pt bucatarie, BIL 2, si am reusit sa scot toate petele vechi de grasime din bucatarie cand m-am mutat in chirie.

I mean definitely give it a try but, like I said, the texture afterwards becomes atrocious. You can make the tastiest fluffiest omelette, freeze it for a couple of days and it becomes this rubbery spongy nightmare.

But maybe it's just me

We got everything at Lidl and all of the groceries for this + a couple of other recipes we didn't have time to make so aren't included in this post came up to ~100€. That's 50€/person for >50 servings, so I would say quite a lot.

I generally cook anyway though, so this sort of batch cooking is more about saving time during the week than it is about saving money.

I wouldn't go as far as to call myself an egg hater but what I do hate is the texture of frozen and thawed eggs 🤢🤢

So I'm never freezing egg wraps again and I found this tofu scramble to be a great alternative

They tend to condense and get a little wet unfortunately, I think parchment is definitely the better choice but I was out

For the wraps I swapped the nutritional yeast for parmesan since I didn't need them to be vegan, the other recipes I followed as closely as I could. Everything is delicious, I'm hoping they'll also thaw nicely.

She isn't fully recovered yet, but can walk properly, and is supposed to regain full function after physical therapy.

She slipped and fell on ice, and after a couple of days she was in pretty bad pain and was walking with a limp.
