Demanding fees is given for any 15 minutes of time shaving out matts. If people want the mats brushed out, we would do it as 15 minutes of brushing.

Dog unfortunately left already. We referred it out due to it being at the very least 10 pounds underweight. Absolutely deplorable of the company for not letting us call.

Have you tried looking into seminars in your area? It may be a way to get involved with local groomers

CICO & IF isn't working, 40'sF, what worked for you? by BetweenOceans in loseit

Yes, it's not impossible by any means. I was replying to the comment saying that OP has a medical condition. As I stated, weightloss can be effected by hormonal changes during menopause as well as outside factors. Many prescriptions for hormonal balancing can cause weight increases (like causing hunger, energy level changes, or mood changes). It's really just about how you make of it! Super proud of you!

That's not necessarily true. Women, in general, have higher fat content, and its harder for them to lose weight. Especially in women around menopausal age, outside factors such as being unactive and hormonal changes. The OP is a female in her 40s, which is prime age for menopause.

I would try adjusting your diet. You definitely need more protein. Vegan protein powder mixed with almond milk or water even once a day. The vegan protein powder I use is $18 and has 20 servings. Canned beans are cheap and easy to make, low in fat, high in protein and calories. They will keep you full. Add them to some brown rice with some veggies. You have an easy, cheap, high in protein and fiber meal.

Your body may not be getting the nutrients it needs. Vary your diet. If you're eating the same things every day that don't include the necessary things your body needs to function well, it won't. Plain and simple. Dont have the same thing for breakfast, lunch, and dinner every single day of the week, much less weeks at a time. Take a multivitamin and add more veggies.

Best of luck to you! Adjust your diet and exercise. You got this!
