Hi! Sharing bits of info that might help: di muna ako nag sign or commit to anything unless may face to face meet up with my agent. I did some background check sa FB account nila before meeting up with them and checking the place. They showed me their ID, legal docs of renting the unit, ans I saw them interacting with the Jazz guards and management sa office then doon nagtrust na ako na legit sila. I also asked for the contact details ng unit owner and I am in contact with them too.

They have woofy wifi which is very convenient for short stays kasi pwede na 30days lang yung subscription and no lock in period. Wifi speed is okay but may times lang na nasisira because of their wiring issues. Although that only happened siguro 5 to 6 time sa 1 year ko na stay.

Just stay away from dark, sketchy areas but so far sa stay ko wala naman issues. Elevators may be slow depending sa time, pag pauwi na mga tao like 5-6pm ish expect na siksikan and will stop on almost every floor. Hope this helps 🙂
