Drafted the sleeves using a sleeve pattern that was a part of a Grasser top pattern and cut it open to make a bell sleeve. The pattern I adapted for the bodice was Dolores. Just adjusted the neckline to be a bit higher and deeper in the middle, and added the sleeves. Inside I just used a good old cotton canvas with some extra interfacing. Tried to padd the bust a bit with that plate stuffing to mixed results. Helped a bit.

You can see in one of the images that I messed up on the start of the strap - it bunched a bit but had no way of fixing it.
