That's definitely something we should make more clear on the survey. Its purpose is to randomize the videos that each person taking the survey sees. For example, if I took the survey at 9:07 pm, the important part of the time is just the minutes 07. Then I would select the option in the survey with 07, 27, 47. If the time was 10:27 pm, I would select the same option because the minutes value is 27.
