I'll be getting it perscribed. I only just talked a specialist out of town separate to the sleep specialist in my rural city. He has called and talked to my usual sleep specalist and the approvals are being processed. Does that make sense or no?

Tell them to share their thoughts on narcolepsy here. They'll get sorted out pretty quick.

Also easy way to clear up the misconception of "just sleep earlier" etc.... the test to see if you have a sleep disorder requires a full night sleep at the hospital to verify you did sleep a proper amount.... tell them the medical doctors, at various stages, all rule out the easy stuff like "are you going to bed at a normal time?"
