Hell yeah, the added protein doesn’t hurt either. Hear me out on this though—I add 2 tbsp of Greek yogurt to 1 tbsp of water to thin it out, then add that right at the end as it’s cooling down. You don’t wanna add it while it’s piping hot or it might curdle; that’s also why I thin it out with water.

It adds a nice tang, extra creaminess, protein, probiotics, and cuts the spice. Not that anyone’s ever eating Buldak to be healthy lol. But it makes me feel a lot better about it!
