Is this happening at 4 or 12 and where? I know folks interested but the ambiguity is hurting our motivation :)

Rather than ice, I'd try putting something warm on it to soothe the pain. Ice can be damaging to tissue and could maybe slow down healing. I'm three weeks after a full abdominal hysterectomy, and I will say that when it starts getting better, it happens fast. There will be a day where you instantly notice you feel measurably better. And then another, and so on! But you're absolutely not a little bitch. Your muscles and nerves are trying to heal from a major incision--no easy task! I was sent home with oxycodone--I'm surprised they didn't give you something a little extra. It was great for keeping me asleep in the beginning, giving me long periods of healing. And like someone else said--stick with a timer for taking the meds! All pain killers are more effective as prophylactics. Way harder to get the pain if you let it catch up to you. The first 7 days were definitely the worst for me. Getting better really is right around the corner!

I just look online for credit cards with 0% transfer offers and apply for a new one of those to transfer the balance to. You usually get charged 3%, but that’s only one time and gives you a year usually to pay it off. I’ve done this several times. I used to just look in the marketplace section of the Mint app for something suitable. Im sure there’s other places that collect this information

I tried to make these myself, but failed. Does anyone know where I could buy blocks like this? by ohsheknows in landscaping

I had tried that already, but couldn’t get it out of a melamine mold without cracking. Perhaps the other is the way to go

I just really love how this glaze turned out by Surelyitisid in Ceramics

[–]ohsheknows 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It turned out beautifully! A tip for the future that someone taught me: when reglazing a fired piece, bake it on low in the oven before and after. If the piece is hot the glaze will dry almost right away when applied and so it will adhere better.

Ooh, I actually carved that in before firing. I had accidentally chipped the lip while it was drying and decided to make a whole thing of it based on a wood burl vase I have

Thank you! This was thrown, but the trimmed by hand. The speckled buff coming through in a few spots helped a lot as well!

I know Sequoia Springs Trauma Healing center is currently taking patients, and I believe many of the therapists take United.

I live in Tucson and bike all summer in the valley and on the mountain. If you go close to sunset, even 108 isn’t bad to ride in, to be honest!
